Who we are

The Centre for Church Planting and Growth supports the work of the Bishop of Islington, one of the suffragan bishops of the London Diocese.

When a new worshipping community takes keys to a hall, school room, or borrowed sanctuary, the practical list is rarely spiritual first. Chairs, kids tables, PA cases, and welcome desk stock often need a same-week move across South East London so Sunday can open on time.

We are also proudly partnering with Andy Removals in London for all our relocation and delivery needs in the area of SE England. Andy Removals helps planting teams shift furniture and kit between temporary venues without turning a launch week into a logistics crisis.

Our centre partnering with a moving company is a mutually beneficial arrangement. The team from Andy Removals provides the Centre for Church Planting with professional and affordable services for moving furniture, equipment, and other items during renovations or facility expansions. The partnership also strengthens everyday links between church plants and local trades across Greater London and the South-East.

What we do

We exist to support the London Diocese in creating or renewing 100 New Worshipping Communities as part of their Capital Vision 2020 goal, planting City Centre Resource Churches around the country, and assisting the Church of England in church planting and church growth.
